Well, what I believe is juveniles should be behaved as they are adults. However, when the question is should they tried as adults, I say no. Because they're children and they may not think as mature.. I think they have exception.
But not all of them don't know what they are doing. for example, I read an article and it was written that to children of 8 and 9 years old beat a baby boy till death and then they put the body under a train. what can you say about that? Didn't they know what they were doing? Of course they did. In my opinion, they sure have to be tried as adults because children in this age they already know most of the good and bad things. What they can do, and what they cannot do.
